Hackcess is a Hackathon focused on using digital fabrication and maker technologies help disabled people live more independent lives, improving accessibility through technology.

Hacksmiths approached me to help with their branding and posters. They wanted it to be eye-catching and accessible. I focused on making the colours and fonts easier for both dyslexic and for colourblind users.

The Hackathon will be taking place over two days on 21st - 22nd November.

Gaming channel, Winston Biggleswade, wanted to rebrand their channel from a simple orange theme to something more interesting. They wanted their brand to have a similar style to the Monty Python animations and to be made up found images. I collaged Creative Commons images to create a theme and logo that they wanted.

JULY-SEPT 2015 UCL TEAM FOR THE 2015 IGEM COMPETITION

Designer and Comic Artist, a collaboration with UCL students for the 2015 iGEM competition. The students wanted to create a comic to explain the science they where doing with genetic modification of bacteria to help with mental health. They wanted to make it clear and fun to read bout, so decided on a comic and a superhero to explain the science visually.

Danielle is a very enthusiastic and hard working individual whom I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a focussed employee.

Danielle worked with Make during her final year at University whilst studying for her degree. During Danielle's time with us she showed a willingness to learn and a very strong attention to detail. She adapted to every project we had her working on and demonstrated a wide set of design skills from free hand illustration through to website design and development.

Danielle worked with us a designer initially but her willingness to learn advanced her to designing and developing websites which were shared directly with our clients. Yard Sale Project

Danielle has been an intern with Yard Sale Project for three weeks, and in that time she has worked worked on a number of different projects in our workshop. She has been assisting me in the construction of 200 MDF boxes that we are making an exciting new cabinet with.

In this time she has worked hard and diligently, without complaint or pause, and has achieved everything I have set her to do. I am extremely pleased with her work and her quiet determination in the face of a mountain of dull and repetitive work.

I am sure you will have the same results if you take her on as an intern too.
